Subscription Policy

Subscription Policy for Reframd GmbH

  1. Duration of Subscription: Customers can choose between a one-month or a three-month subscription period.
  2. Geographical Restrictions: This subscription service is currently only available to residents of the European Union.
  3. Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription(s) at any time.

  4. Refunds: In case of cancellation:
    • For the one-month subscription: No refund will be provided.
    • For the three-month subscription: Refunds will be calculated pro-rata for any unused month(s).
  1. Renewal: All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of the chosen subscription period unless cancelled by the subscriber.
  2. Shipping: Any costs or fees related to shipping within the EU are excluded in the subscription price.
  3. Returns: Damaged or faulty eyewear should be reported within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will be provided free of charge.
  4. Limitations: Subscribers are limited to one eyewear delivery per subscription period.
  5. Changes to Policy: Reframd GmbH reserves the right to modify or terminate the subscription service and/or this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
  6. Governing Law: This subscription policy shall be governed by and construed by German law.
