We meticulously select eco-friendly materials and environmentally friendly production methods. For instance, our products use Polyamide 11 (a 100% bio-sourced material). We minimise resource consumption and excess production with on demand additive manufacturing because forecast sales figures do not drive our production strategies.

Plant-based
Our superior-quality frames are made from sustainably farmed castor beans, a crop that thrives in tropical climates worldwide. Castor beans can be harvested in just 4 to 6 months of planting, and the crops are naturally drought-tolerant, making them an environmentally responsible choice that does not contribute to deforestation or compete with animal or human food supplies.
Reduced C02 footprint
We use additive manufacturing (SLS 3D printing) to create our products on demand. Instead of sculpting an item from sheet plastic or metal, we build our products layer by layer. This results in significantly less waste than traditional methods like CNC manufacturing or injection moulding – up to 90% less. We reuse around 70% of our waste in the next production batch.
This approach allows us to reduce waste, excess production, and unsold inventory by only producing what is needed.

Our products are manufactured in Germany and Poland, ensuring adherence to strict environmental and quality regulations such as ISO 14001 and ISO 9001:2015. Our customers benefit from high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Design for longevity
Our customers want to use their frames for as long as possible and in different conditions; they will sit on or drop them. Our frame material offers long-lasting and superior mechanical properties, unlike other 3D printing materials and acetate. The benefits are most apparent in flexibility, impact strength, abrasion and fatigue resistance, allowing for a product that will stand the test of time.
