1. Order Processing Times

Ready‑to‑Ship items: dispatched within 1 business day after payment clears.

Standard catalogue   7–10 calendar days for production, then dispatched..

Custom‑fit / made‑to‑order frames: 7–14 calendar days for production, then dispatched.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding German public holidays.

2. Shipping Service Levels & Rates

All orders leave our fulfilment centre in Berlin, Germany.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated from the moment production is complete:

  • Germany: 1–2 business days
  • EU & EEA countries: 2–5 business days
  • UK & Switzerland: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6–12 business days

3. Estimated Transit Times

The typical delivery windows are shown above. Remote areas or customs inspections may add extra days.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipping outside the European Union travel DAP (Delivered At Place). Local duties, GST/VAT and clearance costs are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the delivery service before handover.

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, a tracking link is automatically emailed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address (including apartment number and postal code) is complete and correct. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address will be re‑shipped at the customer’s expense.

7. Split Shipments

If your cart contains both Ready‑to‑Ship and Custom items, we may send the in‑stock piece first at no additional cost.

8. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged or the tracking shows “delivered”, but you cannot locate the parcel, notify us within 7 calendar days so we can open a delivery‑service claim. Once the claim is accepted, replacements or refunds are issued.

9. Peak‑Season & Pre‑Order Timelines

During Black Friday, December holidays or other high‑volume periods, production or transit can extend by 2–5 business days.
